ISS is looking to relaunch its stock offering, Reuters reports. The Danish facilities management group had deferred a $2.8 billion offering in March because of market volatility. ISS had intended to use the proceeds from the IPO to refinance some of its debt. The company is considering restarting its IPO after lenders agreed to extend its $6.54 billion debt maturity.
