Interjet is seeking to raise around $200 million in an initial public offering (IPO), Bloomberg reports. The low-cost Mexican airline is also in talks with the potential underwriters to sell its stake in the IPO.

The ABC Aerolineas-controlled company may sell a stake of as much as 20% in the offering. The proceeds would be used to help the airline fund its plan to double the number of passengers it carries to 8 million by the end of 2011.
