Bank of Ireland (BoI) is seeking to sell a $4.3 billion portion of its global project finance units, Bloomberg reports. The portfolio will mainly consist of U.K. infrastructure loans and will not include its Irish business. The Irish financial group has appointed Deutsche Bank to sell the project finance units. Dublin-based BoI is also seeking to sell its U.K. asset-based lender, Burdale Financial, and has appointed Hawkpoint as an adviser in the process.
