Denver-based investment manager JCR Capital has entered into an agreement to launch a $100 million separate account for a large institutional investor. The company will create, underwrite and manage commercial real estate bridge loans in this account.
The new product, which will be known as JCR's Classic Bridge Loan program, will complement the company’s existing distressed and opportunistic finance programs. Debt for the new plan will be non-recourse, cover a wide range of property types and will aim for yields of 6 percent to 9 percent before transaction fees.
