Essar Group’s IT unit Aegis is seeking to raise around $250 million in a sale of bonds in Hong Kong.;

Essar Group’s IT unit Aegis is seeking to raise around $250 million in a sale of bonds in Hong Kong, Reuters reports. The securities will be due to mature in a period of five years. The sale will help the company to partly refinance its earlier debt. Aegis has appointed Standard Chartered, UBS and Deutsche Bank to manage the bond issue.
