Hedge fund governance firm, dms Management (DMS), is expanding through the launch of an office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The new office, dms Management (Brasil) Assessoria Empresarial, will offer multiple offshore products and services for Brazilian and Latin American clients. The services include comprehensive consulting advice, from concept through launch, to Brazilian sponsors seeking to efficiently structure and operate offshore hedge funds. DMS director, Francine Balbina, will lead the company’s new office.
