U.K. wealth manager Barclays Wealth has hired Rachel McCarthy as its ninth private banker in its professional services team, Citywire reports. Based in London, she will work on providing lending, investment and financial planning suggestions to customers.
McCarthy will be reporting to Nicholas Hender, director and team leader of professional services in the London and South East team. Previously, she was with U.K. private banker Coutts & Co., handling a portfolio of professional clients.
