Structured investments-focused private equity firm, Francisco Partners, has closed its middle-market technology fund. The U.S. firm has raised the Francisco Partners III with $2 billion of capital commitments.
The portfolio has been closed at its target and the hard cap by the firm. The fund offers transformational capital to middle market information technology companies. Cooley was the legal advisor to the general partner of the fund.
