PREI Buys New York Property For $62M

Prudential Real Estate Investors has bought the commercial portion of building in New York.

Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) has bought the commercial portion of building in New York, GlobeSt reports. The purchase price has not been disclosed, but the property is expected to have fetched $61.6 million.

The Laurel building is 100 percent leased. Tenants include TD Bank, Cornell University’s medical research and treatment facility and a Quik Park garage.
