Highland Capital Partners has inducted Sam Brooks into its European team as a principal. Based in London, he will work alongside Fergal Mullen, Laurence Garrett and Irena Goldenberg.
Before joining the venture capital firm, he was with Insight Venture Partners, where he led and was involved in several key investments. Before that, he was with Cognos Inc.
