The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) will roll out a sustainable energy fund with an estimated size of $21.64 million, Economic Times reports. The Indian Fund for Sustainable Energy will be launched in collaboration with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, the Technology Development Board and BP. The fund is a private-public-academia partnership, which the IIM-A will support to develop, build and support sustainable energy enterprises across the country, adds The Hindu Business Line. It is expected to be managed by IIM-A’s Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship.
