U.S. special services provider CWCapital Asset Management (CWCAM) has appointed Eric Ellison and Toni V. Meyer Walker as managing directors to strengthen its integrated real estate (RE) services platform. Reporting to David Iannarone, president of CWCAM, the duo will be in charge of broadening the services and developing CWCAM’s third-party operations and integrating the offerings of the CW platforms.
Ellison was formerly with global financial services firm Morgan Stanley as co-head and founder of its Asia real estate lending and principal finance operations, developing and overseeing sourcing, underwriting, execution and research. Walker joins CWCAM from real estate investment services provider TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he was senior vice president, special asset management.
