Sunbeam U.S. Holdings has acquired a 10% to 25% stake in New York-based hedge fund, Roc Capital Management, Bloomberg reports. Vanisha Bhatia, daughter of ArcelorMittal’s Lakshmi Mittal and her husband, Amit Bhatia control Sunbeam U.S. Holdings. Roc Capital was started by former head of Deutsche Bank’s global arbitrage business, Arvind Raghunathan. Frankfurt-based Deutsche Bank has around a 5% stake in the fund.
