Peter Lees, a fund manager at F&C Investments, has renamed the U.K. Equity fund as the F&C U.K. Alpha fund, FundWeb reports. Proposal for the name change was initiated in May to highlight Lees’ approach to investing.

Along with handling F&C’s Institutional U.K. Equity and U.K. Alpha funds, Lees is also head of the U.K. equities fund. Currently, the £206 million equity fund is underweight on financials as well as oil and gas with 20.7% and 19.3%, respectively.
