ORIX Venture Finance (OVF) has appointed William Bishop and Michael David as co-heads of its venture finance business. In the new role, the duo will jointly lead the development and extended strategic direction of the business.

David was previously serving as a managing director of the West Coast office, while Bishop was focusing on the East Coast. OVF is also likely to provide over $100 million of senior loans, mezzanine debt and equity co-investments this year.
