Bank holding company TCF Financial Corp. has expanded a team of its board of directors with the additions of two members. The Wayzata, Minnesota-based company has named Craig Dahl as vice chairman of lending and Thomas Jasper vice chairman of funding, operations and finance.

Additionally, the lender has promoted Earl Stratton to COO, who will also handle executive management responsibilities over retail branch banking. Michael Jones, executive vice president and CFO of TCF Equipment Finance and executive vice president of Winthrop Resources Corp., has also been selected as executive vice president and CFO of TCF Financial. Both Stratton and Jones will report Jasper.
