HSA Commercial Real Estate and Innovative Capital Advisors have jointly rolled out a new $50 million investment fund, GlobeSt reports. The ICA Real Estate Equity Fund eyes Midwest properties. The new vehicle is interested in existing, income-producing properties located within high-barrier-to-entry infill markets, aiming at assets under $10 million in all sectors other than hospitality. The fund will be jointly managed by Tim Blum, executive vice president of HSA, and Peter Mavrogenes, senior managing director and CEO of ICA.
