Echo Point Investment Management has appointed Howard Hassen as a consultant relations specialist. In his new role, he will manage relationships with West Coast consultants and plan sponsors.

Based in San Francisco, Hassen will work under Natalie Marvi-Romeo, Echo Point’s director of marketing and client service. Most recently, Hassen served as executive director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Management Consultant Relations Group.
