Italian oil and natural gas company Eni is looking to raise between €1 billion and €2 billion through a sale of bonds.

Italian oil and natural gas company Eni is looking to raise between €1 billion and €2 billion through a sale of bonds, Reuters reports. The notes will mature in 2017, adds English Capital.gr.

The company intends to use the proceeds to fund its investment program. The bonds will be offered to retail investors.
