Cap Gemini will obtain a $672 million credit line to refinance its debt due in 2011.

Cap Gemini will obtain a $672 million credit line to refinance its debt due in 2011, Bloomberg reports. The computer-services company appointed Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, HSBC Holdings, ING Groep, Natixis and Societe Generale to arrange the loan.

The company agreed to pay an initial interest margin of 90 basis points more than the euro interbank offered rate on funds it draws from the five-year revolving credit. The European IT services provider will pay an initial interest margin of 50 basis points on funds drawn from its existing credit line arranged in 2005.
