Carlyle Group has completed the acquisition of real-time monitoring system provider ITRS Group. The global alternative asset manager has closed the deal in partnership with its founders and management.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. The deal will boost ITRS’ diversification and continue to allow clients to handle market’s evolving demand for continuous real-time risk and performance monitoring of trading platforms.
