Third Avenue Management has appointed Randall Faust and Ilka Gregory as managing directors of institutional sales. They will be responsible for business development of the firm’s traditional and alternative investment strategies.
Both will report to head of institutional sales Erik Kleinbeck. Faust has previously worked with Summit Private Investments and Banc One Capital Markets, while Gregory was associated with Protégé Partners, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
