Global financial technology company Polaris Financial Technology is acquiring the remaining 49 percent stake it does not own in Indigo Tx Software, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) player, Nasdaq reports, citing RTT News. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. In March 2010, Polaris bought a 51 percent stake in the Chennai-based company.
A software platform built by Indigo Tx provides single platform connectivity solutions to multiple exchanges and asset classes. It also has a host of support functions aimed at end-to-end integration of money management and trading activity on a single platform.
