Mcleer & Rushe are selling a London hotel property to a Qatari investor for £200 million, Bloomberg reports. The 10-story W Hotel site in Leicester Square houses M&M’s, the European flagship store of Mars Inc. Jones Lang LaSalle and Steerforth Partners were advisers on the deal. Mcleer & Rushe had paid British Land Co. £47 million for the former site of the Swiss Centre.
