Connecticut Retirement Plans & Trust Funds has selected three finalists for a panel of its money managers, Pensions & Investments reports. BlackRock, RhumbLine Advisers and State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) have been shortlisted.
The selected manager will supervise several passive portfolios. At present, SSgA manages $5.2 billion in passive accounts for the Hartford-based system.
