Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) has appointed three fund managers to oversee funds in its international equities unit, Financial Times reports. Stephen Corr, who joins from Blackrock, has been hired to find ways to outperform fund benchmark indices using individual equity positions globally.

James Kinghorn, who joins from Scottish Investment Trust, will take on daily management for several global funds. Craig Bonthron will work with Johnny Russell, as an investment manager to develop and manage SWIP’s suite of ethical and environmental products. Most recently, he was at Kleinwort Benson as portfolio manager for the Global Water fund.
