American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust (ARC Healthcare) has bought three properties for about $60.9 million. The deal comprises one multi-specialty medical campus located in Carson City, Nevada for $29.0 million, one medical office building located in Las Vegas, Nevada, for $22.9 million and one inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Phoenix, Arizona, for approximately $9.0 million.

The portfolio of properties was acquired through ARC Healthcare’s sponsor American Realty Capital V, increasing the total size of the portfolio under management to $68.9 million. The portfolio is approximately 92 percent rented to 19 tenants.
