Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has expanded its EMEA global markets financing and futures business with the appointment of four new executives, HFMWeek reports. The firm has hired Daniel Katz as managing director and head of EMEA stock loan and structured marketing and Ross McDougall as director and head of EMEA stock loan trading.

Martin Donnelly and Simon Key are also joining the bank as director and European head of hedge fund consulting and as director within the synthetic equity sales team, respectively. Donnelly will report to head of EMEA hedge funds sales team, James Lamont, Key will report to head of EMEA GMF&F synthetic equity sales team James Orme-Smith, while both Katz and McDougall will work under head of EMEA equity finance Rajeev Patel.
