Optima Inc. has formed a joint venture for its Optima Center Chicago apartment tower project, GlobeSt reports. The construction for the 42-story building is expected to begin in December and the project could cost more than $100 million.
The company has teamed-up with DeBartolo Development for the project. Also, Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets’ group has obtained $20 million in joint venture financing led by Dave Hendrickson and Chuck Hoag from a fund sponsored by LaSalle Investment Management for the project.
