American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust will launch an initial public offering to raise about $1.5 billion. The company will offer 150 million shares at $10 per share.

ARC Healthcare will also offer an additional 25 million shares for issuance under its distribution reinvestment program at $9.50 per share. Realty Capital Securities has been appointed to manage the share sale.
