Swip Appoints Fund Manager

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has named Andrew Paisley as co-manager with Gregor MacDonald on two underperforming U.K. small-cap funds.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (Swip) has named Andrew Paisley as co-manager with Gregor MacDonald on two underperforming U.K. small-cap funds, Financial Times reports. Paisley will work under Peter Cockburn, head of U.K. equities at Swip.

Paisley will manage the funds with MacDonald and also contribute in the overall investment strategy of the U.K. equities team. Before joining Swip, he was with Dutch asset manager Kempen Capital Management, where he handled its pan-European small-cap assets team.
