Banco de Occidente has increased the size of its bond issue to $1.71 billion,
Reuters reports. The Colombian bank was initially planning to raise $568.18 million from the peso-denominated bonds issue.
The ordinary and subordinated bonds will be offered in pesos and in one or several tranches. In November, Banco de Occidente said that it would sell a total of $568 million peso-denominated bonds over the next year.
