Citycon Buys Tallinn Mall For €105M

Helsinki-listed retail specialist, Citycon, has acquired Kristiine Shopping Centre in Tallinn, Estonia, for about €105 million.

Helsinki-listed retail specialist, Citycon, has acquired Kristiine Shopping Centre in Tallinn, Estonia, for about €105 million, PropertyEU reports. The property was sold by local developer, Pro Kapital.

The Finnish company, which also owns and operates Magistral, funded the purchase from its existing loan. The major anchors of the building include Prisma and Marks & Spencer. London-based Eaton Group acted as adviser on the transaction.
