The Florida State Board of Administration has terminated Victory Capital Management, Pensions & Investments reports. The Ohio-based investment advisory firm was managing $152 million in active international developed market small-cap growth equities. The retirement system, which oversees $156.8 billion, has reallocated the money to its existing managers. According to a report by the board’s consultant, Wilshire Associates, the firm had been on watch for performance.
