HSBC Securities Services has appointed John Verre as its new global custody head, Fundamentals reports. In his new role, Verre will be responsible for managing and developing the firm’s global product proposition.

Based in London, Verre will be reporting to the co-head of HSBC Securities Services, Drew Douglas. Verre joined HSBC in 2008 and most recently was acting managing director for the firm at HSS Ireland.
