Warburg Pincus Private Equity X has increased its stake in National Penn Bancshares to 17.06 percent, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. Warburg owns 25.882 million shares of the bank holding company based in Pennsylvania, it said in an amended filing with the regulator.

The private equity firm has raised its interest from the 16.35 percent declared as of June 30. The firm’s stake is now worth $176.78 million.
