London’s Admiralty Arch will be put up for sale by the government for nearly £75 million, Property Week reports. The Government Property Unit intends to sell long leasehold for the Admiralty Arch. The office building is expected to be converted into a 100 room hotel. Savills and Jones Lang LaSalle will lead the sale on behalf of the administration.
