Evercore Partners has appointed Jan Sadowsky as a senior managing director of its corporate advisory business. She will be responsible for expanding Evercore’s industry proficiency. Sadowsky is joining the investment banking boutique from Citigroup Global Capital Markets, where she was serving as co-head of the firm’s North America power investment banking. Prior to Citigroup, she was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as senior vice president.
