London-based FX specialist Quiris Capital is set to roll out its first hedge fund, the Quiris Currency Cayman Fund, early next year, HFMWeek reports. The vehicle, which closed its initial offer last week, will aim to contain volatility within 15 percent.

Quiris Capital was launched in October, 2010, by three Morgan Stanley veterans. The trio includes Justin Simpson, CEO of Quiris, Chris Callan, the firm’s CIO and Richard Mhende, COO of the firm. The three handled more than $3 billion in currency funds during their stint at US investment bank Morgan Stanley.
