CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE) has selected Matt Buren as president of its New York tri-state region. He is taking over his new responsibilities from Mitchell Rudin, who left the firm to join Brookfield Office Properties, adds Real Estate Weekly.
Buren will join CBRE’s Americas Executive Committee and continue to serve on the Americas Operations Management Board. He joined CBRE in January 2006 and most recently was serving as executive managing director.
