Investment bank, BTG Pactual, has appointed Ben Rick as partner to help manage the flagship Global Emerging Market and Macro (GEMM) fund in London, RFP Connect reports. He will join BTG’s European team and will report to managing partner, Antoine Estier, based in London. Previously, Rick has managed Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s proprietary credit trading group. He has also worked with Green T, UBS and Lehman Brothers.
