British Land has acquired the Drake Circus shopping centre in Plymouth.

British Land has acquired the Drake Circus shopping centre in Plymouth, Reuters reports. The U.K. property developer paid around $372 million to David RossKandahar Real Estate for the mall, adds Property Week.

The property is anchored by Primark, Marks & Spencer and Next and other tenants include Cult/Superdry, Republic, Topshop and H&M. Kandahar appointed Jones Lang LaSalle and Briant Champion to advise on the sale, while CB Richard Ellis acted for British Land.
