BAML Hires Emea Derivs Sales Head

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed John Chase as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa corporate derivatives sales.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has appointed John Chase as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) corporate derivatives sales, FX Week reports. He will work from the London office of the U.S. provider of global commercial and corporate banking and markets solutions for businesses and organizations.

Chase will be reporting to Christoph Gugelmann, London-based head of the EMEA market solutions group. Before joining BAML, he was working with Paris-based lender BNP Paribas as European head of corporate rates and FX in London.
