Waste Management is selling senior notes worth $500 million. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds of the offering to pay back in full the outstanding borrowings under its $2 billion revolving credit facility, which totaled approximately $100 million. The securities will mature on Sept. 1, 2016. Credit Suisse Securities (USA), J P Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities were joint bookrunners for the deal. The co-managers included Comerica Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Mizuho Securities USA and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets.
