Havas is acquiring an office tower in Paris for about €152 million, PropertyEU reports. The Le Madone office tower is owned by UBS Global Asset Management’s Real Estate KAG unit. The transaction is likely to be completed in November. The deal will allow the French advertising and communications group to save approximately €20 million annually on rental expenses.
