Comverse Technology is seeking to sell around 2 million shares of analytics and security software firm, Verint Systems. The New York-based software developer plans to raise around $72.2 million in the public offering of Verint, adds Reuters.
Credit Suisse Securities has been named as the sole bookrunner, while Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley have been named as joint lead managers. RBC Capital Markets and Oppenheimer & Company have also been appointed as co-managers for the offering.
