Evercore Partners has appointed Raymond Strong to its investment banking business as a senior managing director. In his new role, Strong will advise companies in the energy industry with a focus on the midstream, downstream, upstream and integrated oil sectors.
Most recently, he served as managing director in Goldman Sachs’ global natural resources group. Strong has previously advised on advisory and financing assignments for companies including Chevron, Hess, Kinder Morgan, Murphy Oil, Cabot, Nustar and Crosstex.
