Swiss pension fund Publica is selling its €910 million mortgage portfolio, IPE reports. Berner Kantonalbank will be new owner of the portfolio, which will keep a few mortgages for housing cooperatives. As a part of the deal, the bank will also take on the 20-odd staff members who have overseen the management of the portfolio at Publica till date. The portfolio will be sold off from January with no changes to the existing agreements.
