Bank of Montreal (BMO) has appointed Tom Flynn as its new executive vice president and CFO. He has succeeded Russ Robertson, who has been promoted to executive vice president of business integration, BMO Financial Group and vice chair of Harris Financial.
Prior to this, Flynn was serving as executive vice president and chief risk officer. BMO has appointed Surjit Rajpal as deputy head, enterprise risk and portfolio management. He will also become executive vice president and chief risk officer from March 23.
