Spain has raised €4.46 billion by selling 12-month and 18-month bills, Bloomberg reports. The country had set €4.5 billion as the maximum target for the sale. The Treasury issued €3.59 billion of 12-month bills at an average yield of 3.591 percent. It also sold 18-month debt at 3.807 percent, up from 3.592 percent in August.
